Where is my Order?

When you buy from us, you will get a confirmation email which is followed up with an email upon dispatch that contains your tracking number. Please use the tracking number here, to follow your parcels journey to you.

What payment options are available?

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat or WhatsApp, and we will try to put a stop on your order. However once your order has entered production, it is no longer possible to cancel.

Do you offer finance?

We offer Clearpay as a payment option. Simply select Clearpay at the checkout in order to pay in 4 instalments. Subject to status.
